It's New Year's Day

Today is "Chu Er" - (second day of Chinese New Year). As usual this year round nothing special. Alone at home doing nothing, hee so went for a moive with my relatives at E!Hub - "INKHEART". Hmmm I think it was not a very good show compared to similar movies like harry potter. But anyway hee better then nothing at all right?



Yesterday, was at Wendy's house. She called in Lion Dance to be performed at her place. Hee really loud and making the place messy with oranges skin, vegetables, and this year round even pineapples. haha but it is belive to bring luck. they also very really creative, formed words with the oranges provided. I think the lion troup must know not even Kung Fu but need also knowledge in arts as well haha. The way they arrange the oranges and pineapple, really artistic lor.


After the lion dance, I was invited by Elmo to Clark Quak, we were there with 2 other gals Crystalbelle and Janice (all sec friends).... lol again pub. =.=" I dun like it. lol end up like I spoiling their mood drinking orange juice. haha even the waiter laughed at me. Nearly had a good round of sparring with him. lol but the bouncer bigger size than me haha....


Me and Jancie only stayed only for a while. Then after the "Lunar Pub" followed Jancie to another place then head back home in a wat I think was a unique cab. Hee the cabby driver use his own pocket money to fix a Touch-Screen monitor which allows customer to play the song they like. Mmmm I think is very interesting. Or am I "sua gu".... Ha ha

After reaching home, again played games till 6am plus. Haiz 3rd night liao. Just cannot really sleep. Was it's the addiction to games (Warcraft) or is it something else.... Lol I also dun know.... =.="

Mmmm The reunion Dinner

This year wee had a very early reunion dinner haha dinner at 5pm. lol At a restaurant in East Point. Waa there is good anf bad la. Mmm good is the food is served hot and fresh. Bad is very rush lor... like chase you to eat fast fast cos next group coming in. lol


And after the dinner, me, my sis and mum went to florist to shop for flower. Lol Wendy tell my mum die die must get fresh flowers for me and my sis. To bring good luck and more important get attached.... lol really sooo "mi xing". I dun really mind they say must buy "Tao Hua" in the end I buy a "Lian Hua Bamboo" haha. Attached or not really so important meh? Ke ke I have better things in life. To stay fit and healthy. =)

Happy Chinese New Year

Hee today at home did spring cleaning for my room. Lol lazy brother never help. So I did it all by myself. I thought I was simple. lol but I spent like 5 - 6 hours cleaning my room only. Ha ha maybe I too "Jie Pi" like army style everything want clean clean. I wipe even the dust stuck at the corner of the room. (lol dunno lie there how long liao).


And best is, due to my sensitive nose. I'm like sneezing all the way. Lol, cleaning and sneezing plus music playing sentimental songs. Ha ha thought of it, kind of fun... Packing the stuff also brings back memories. Things that I thought was gone long ago suddenly appear right before me. Ha ha things like Angel's "Love letter" that we used to exchange in secondary schools days. Cheryl birthday gift. 21st birthday photos. And even taekwondo photos where we took at bhcc.... Mmmm miss all my friends....




Things that I still kept such as birthday cards la, letters, haha even a diary I wrote last time... haha reading it just brings back sweets memories. =)

Red Cliff II..... And Topic on Jervel =.="

Just came back from Toa Payoh with Gorden, Shermain, Wei Qun, Darren and Derren. Was ticked by Gorden to movie. Tomorrow still have to wake up early to go temple to do voluntary work. lol. I still think Red Cliff 1 was better.

First, Gordon bluf me that tickets(@ Golden Village, Bishan) were already booked for me online liao. (Which I was relectuant to go for the movie so late at night). Then upon reaching there, after I buy my nachos Combo then he tell me no more tickets liao. (He did not book online, he assume that there will be tickets.) dotz....

Ok then we go Toa Payoh to watch that show. at 11:50 =.=" watch till 2am plus.

Best thing is they mentioned Jervel to me again =.=". Trying so hard these few weeks to forget certain stuff by going to temple and going out shopping, movie etc to peace my mind. Dotz.... It may seem like I dun care about Jervel in front of them (But the blow three weeks ago still hurt k), certain questions are very sensitive one ok. =.="

I've only got rejected by gals twice in my life so far. Frist was Cheryl and 2nd - Jervel. (To all my friends tonight: "I really appreciate your help, but if you want to know more and make me remember things I shouldn't. Mmmm pls PAY for my movie tickets or do more donations to temples - To peace my mind k =p)

Ha ha anyway they tried very hard to teach me how a get a gal. Ha ha had so much fun, Gorden suggested that 1st week must hold hands, 2nd week must hug, 3rd week must kiss.... haha I thought only can be heard from radio. But today I can't believe I hear it from him. lol Shermain must have been "Chi Duo Fu" a lot. haha (Not for me to comment)

Anyway to me, I respect myself and will put others before myself. Certain morals must come into place also ma. Hee never mind if I dun have a girlfriend for the rest of my life. I'll still live my life to the fullest. Follow the certain teachings of Buddhism and Taoism. Hommmmmmmm..... Ha ha ha.

Taoist Federation Youth Group (TFYG)

Hee Yesterday evening just had the first meeting with the committee. So eye opening, The chairman, Aaron Tan, I think around the same age as me. But really can tell that he's experienced from the way he talked.

The committee was a rather small one about 13 people attend only, including Lixuan(Liyan's sis) and Kwang Tong. Hee Kwang Tong is Head Secretary in the board. and Li Xuan was chosen as the asst. Secretary. Hee for me I'm just a sub-group member. Hee but that's really fine for me. Focus Poomse Committee better. lol.

They briefed the whole year planning. Mmmm sound so interesting to me. Haa going to China, Xi An during June. Mmm if got subsidise for the trip I think I will go. Ha Ha got China obtain the "secret relics" and get enlighten also not bad ya.... Mmmm

And this weekend, will be going to a temple at Toa Payoh, to give out "ang baos" for old folks. Mmm, I see my life more meaningful by doing good deed. Ha ha I think do more good deed, will be blessed in someway or another. =)

San Qing Gong and movie at JP - "Seven Pounds"

Today, went to help out at San Qing Gong - (Kwang Tong's Office - The Temple where Singapore Taoist Federation is located); it's sort of newspaper collection and old clothing collection from the residents living nearby. Ha ha, but the thing is, the temple is located opposite an industrial area, not much people living there lor, =.=" for the whole of 6 hours, we only got 4 people came to donate. haha instead, we spent our time there helping Lixuan (Li Yan's Sister and also KT asst.) doing some pasting of CNY cards.

And today I've finally joined their Youth Taoist Group. Ha ha guess it's fate ba. After the past 2 years of rejecting Kwang Tong of joining the group - which like grow from 6 members to today 70plus in 2 years. Ha ha for me instead of being the pioneer group. I became the 70th plus plus plus member. Lol.

After the volunteering work, I went from Bedok all the way to Jurong Point to watch a movie. Nothing in mind, so choose the show, "Seven Pounds". The show I think not meant for ppl with low IQ. haha Cos totally dunno what the show trying to say until the last 10 - 15mins of the show. You must also have a lot of patience to watch the show till that far lor. Ha ha. But really a meaningful show. Will Smith killed himself to save 7 other people which waited desperately for human organs to survive. Mmmm nice for boring people haha.

Hello Happy New year to you first. =) hee hee. Hope you all will have a great year ahead. Same goes to me hopefully. =.="

It's has been near to 2 weeks, but still thinking about "You know who" .... haha trying to get myself occupied with taekwondo so dun think so much, helping Vikki in all sorts of demonstration. Hee she wants us to do "High moment stuff" and as usual kanna "Fan" by my so call "Wife" in Taekwondo. haha you know who also. Lol.

Anyway, things had not been going so well for me these few weeks. Mmmm I think I havn't found my PEACE after all the visits to the temple around Singapore. (I think about 6 liao) lol with my grandparents too. They treat me fishsoup. Mmmm like a decay I've not been sitting down eating alone with them liao. A bit happy as well as sad, they really grew old le. (I've sent both my ah ma and ah gong to 3 temples to prey for good fortune for the whole family).

I hope I can find my peace in the year 2009 and to all my friends out there. Be happy and stay Happy. A big laughter is the cure to thousand of illness. So laugh out loud. Hee but make sure at the right time. hee hee (IMH Nearby too).... Best Wishes!!!!! Mucks......

My Tired Weekend.... LOL

Another weekend had just pasted. Haiz... Want to live a healthy lifestyle by sleeping early and get lots of rest. But like over the last 3 days did not really fulfill. lol

On Friday, my class got a VIP. Ha ha the "Legendary Fighter" Colin Chang. He's really good la. After about 4 years without taekwondo. Can still kick as fast lor. Mmm really enjoy him back =)

After class went to Mac, and chat till like 11pm plus then go back. Mmm as usual that same route back home. Just that now without Jervel on car le. -.-"

Saturday, woke up around 11plus went to Bisi class after my "Brunch". Help out in her Demo, apparently she like having a bit of problem with her husband, Mike. (Not too sure what). But no choice, Hee I'm a nice guy ma, so help out a bit lor. Ha ha. That was from 2 - 4pm

After that 4-7:30pm really nothing to do lor, so went swimming alone at Hougang Swimming Complex, Hee near to Jervel's house. =p.

At 7:30pm got dinner with sir and the rest of the tkd members. (Some kind of anniversary for lion dance troupe). That dinner did not really eat much. All focus on the performance they put up. Really nice lor. Never really seen a lion dance so up close. (Beside our table, jumping on poles)

After that dinner, joined Jo-an, Shermain and Wei Qun for late night movie "IP MAN" really nice arh. The fighting scene really made us wanna to join Wu Shu. haha. That was like 2am - 4am

Today, Sunday sleep till 4pm. Ha ha Pig right? then went for a hair cut at Elias mall. 6pm take bus to Airport to attend Yan Qin's wedding dinner (Poly Friend). Haiz... Really packed weekend. No time to rest..... Can weekend be a bit longer? haha

Pinic on Christmas Day

Hee today is Christmas Day, although I'm a Buddhist dun really celebrate Christmas. But Christmas is also about sharing right?

Hee today when to East Coast Park with my parents and relatives(total around 15ppl). We brought food there and I only in charge of the drinks and cocktail. (Hee dunno how to cook ma, want me bring magie mee meh, lol). Also everyone bought presents to be exchanged over there. I got a seat cover lor. WTH....

We played risk (Combat board games) with me uncles and aunties. I was the first to be crushed. lol All allied to kill me first. Ha ha I'm a tread k... Anyway still had fun.

The whole session ended around 7pm. Cos getting dark le. Mmm, among all the relationships, still family and relatives are the closest. The family bond I had makes me a little bit xin fu. =) (very easy mang zhu hor).... ke ke. {{{{This kind of homely guy where to find....}}}} ==> BHB =p

A Christmas at St James.

Ho Ho Ho Merry Christmas to all my friends out there. Yesterday went Christmas countdown with Elmo, Janice and elmo's friends. Mmm a very first time experience at St James. lol can you belive it? Ha ha 26 years liao never step into St James before until yesterday. Ha ha

We went to boliers Room. Mmm the place is so packed and really can see different ppl down there. And there is so much to learn there (Janice like teaching me whole night lor.) haha. Like dun challenge ppl beer, choose hard liquor instead. Or for me who cannot drink, Can fake liquor with green tea. haha...

Throughout the night, except for the first cup of drink they pour for me is a bit strong with alchol. The rest I just add ice and plain water. haha It came to a stage I was drinking Ice water... haha.

It's was a rather fun evening ba I guess. Everything seems so new. But hee cannot do it too often, very unhealthy. =)

Last but not least I wanna thanks Elmo for opening the liquor and paying for my cover charge. I think he spent a lot yesterday. lol

Annual Taekwondo PA Camp @ Pasir Ris

yesterday morning break camp and ended the 3days 2 nights camp. I was put in charge of the trainings. Which means I have to take all the training during the camp and to train up the new black belts to go for their coming instructor course, Ha ha sound BIG ya. lol

It's a camp once a year, and I have to say, some ppl I only get to see once in a blue moon. Like linus and company. But yet we are still so click. Haha Share sleeping bag, share food, drink, towel and even toothpaste and toothbrush... haha

During the camp we did a wat I think was a very very good Demo, long time had not done such a demo, it includes dance, pattern, drama act, arm and unarmed combat and plank kicking. Which really impressed the chairman of Seng Kang West Zone E.

After break camp, me, linus, Lijie, Mark, Gwynnie and lorraine went to mac for our brnch. Then head home for a very very deep sleep.... haha... It's always fun and a lot to talk about when it comes to Taekwondo.

Random activities

Yesterday went to poomse club to practice the dance steps for the demo (PA Camp) and Had meetings with sir. Hee Bisi really put in a lot of effort in this camp sia. her planning of the demo and camp can file up to be a portfoilo liao. haha

After the discussion, seeing Bisi still pack with so much things undone, I helped her with some stuff, like getting the demo stuff - Planks preparations, christmas deco and find out the opening hours of a fish pond (might be just another event during the camp). Sir appointed me as the head instructor to in charge of all the trainings. lol. Thinking of it, I think will have sore throat again liao.

At poomse club, I also did a powerpoint (will be showed during the camp), sir wanted me to intro the students to our committee hee, I took a lot of pictures from ppl's friendster and facebook to be put in the powerpoint.

After poomse class end, I sent Bisi and Jia Hao to their Taekwondo Class, Bisi pop out a difficult question to me.

She asked: "Are you together with Huimei?".
I answered: "Not Yet... Next year, maybe"
Bisi: "Why? must go for it, if got chance."
Me: "No la, give her time and give myself time lor. I scared too easily get de gal will not hold for long"
Bisi: "Why do you like her?"
Me: "Err..."
Bisi: "Last time also a lot of guys got after her like Hendry, Paul, Francis." (lol she still remember sia, scary)
Me: (act blur) "Is it? How come I dunno"
Bisi: "So what do you like in her?"
Me: "Err.... Like ppl need reasons one meh" (I joked)
Bisi: "Err... If cannot find one reason, could it be just puppy love?"
Me: "......." (I was jamed here)

Luckily her class was just near by. But her words really let me thought for a while.... OMG....

Yesterday, after sending Bisi and Jia Hao to their class, I was called up by Crystabelle(secondary school friend). She asked me to go vivocity with her and Elmo. As Elmo wants to buy some stuff there. I agreed unwilling in the begining. (because really long time never see them le). I've also asked Jevel to come along, but got rejected. I did not persuade further. Hee must respect her decision.

Actually Crystabelle got intedtion of going to St James la. So jio us along. I told her I dun drink and dun dance go there for wat. She memtioned that she never go before. Ha she should just jio Elmo and not me =.="

Later on, ask another gal out Janice. (secondary school). This gal, I got 9 years never see her liao lor. Just had to say she looks very "qiao cui " le. I think due to stress at work(dept Head) and she also study at the same time. And very surprise that she is now a very heavy smoker. Dotz....

In the end we just went to Vivo eat dinner and walk around. Elmo went over st james to look for his friend, the two gals accompany me go play game at the arcard. We play a ball throwing game. really exhaust us out lor. And furthermore attract so many spectators to us. lol.

After that sent Janice back at around 12am, Then me, Elmo and Crystabelle went to Jal Kayu to eat supper and head home.

The Wedding Bomb..... BOOMMMM!

Ha ha Weddings should be happy and fun. Hee but people being invited to the wedding only worry about one thing... "ANG BAO" hee how much should I put to give her??? Mmmm.

Hee anyway I just received a wedding invation from my primary school classmate, Shuian Harn. Hee she so thoughful still can remember me. Hee she was the rummoured, My first wife in primary school, she was once the fastest runner among the gals and I was the fastest among the guys. That's why we were put together ba, I guessed. Anyway just for your information she was the first gal who sit tgt with me side by side and share potato chips and I will even purposely miss school bus to walk home with her. 0.o. hee hee may seem nothing to a lot of you. But, to a young boy back then. It's really special to me.

Anyway now she married and I'm after Huimei, hee must be really put these aside and look forward... haha. Yesterday Huimei out with me to buy a vacuum cleaner for my mum. So thankful, after that long "shopping" around Suntec. I finally decided on a $69 cleaner. To thank her, I treat her to Coffee Club, where we sat down for a nice cup of beverage, hee I ordered for strawberry smoothie and she got a "Super yucky tea" - Red Berry Tea. Ha ha <> She really regretted it. haha taste like cough syrup. Hee serve her right, who ask her always disturb me..... =p (That day in taekwondo - Friday class, she even kicked my head during sparring, good man she's one of the least ppl who can reach my head despite of her height... muhahaha)

Today was a mix feeling of Happy and Sad...

Yesterday, I was very happy when I receive a expensive gift from my mum. She dun really buy gold for us. But yesterday she went to trade in - me and my brother's 'old' Gold for a Gold chain and pendant in shape of a abacaus. I dun really wear gold too, but I was touch by her when so mention that it's the only expensive gift (about near SGD$800, one for me and one for my Brother) that she can give me to let me pass on to my next generation. T.T For my kids then to my grandson.... But then I was wondering, what if nobody wants me? haha

Yesterday, I also taught my dad how to use the GPS. He was so happy, he even ask me again to repeat the procedure this morning before I go to work. =)

Then today, I think because I was too happy, I forgot to bring my handphone out. So Sad, dunno will Huimei sms me or not... haha thinking of it, I have no access to her le. To make things worst, tonight I will be staying over at my auntie Wendy's place, which means for today and tml I will not be able to sms anyone. Or nobody can get me through my phone. HOW??? =(

Haiz.... I think she will not think I trying to avoid her hor.... did not memorize her handphone number as well =.=" OMG

More about Jervel - Huimei

She has a sister age 8 years older than me. Mmmm giving birth soon to her first child in Dec or Jan. Wish her all the best. She also has a brother err just know elder than me. She is the youngest, Ha ha but also old liao la. lol (she will kill me for that)

She is a very nice gal I think, for I know her for so long. But she was very badly treated by her past ex-Boyfriends. Which make her very scared somehow towards relationships. From my observation, she does not really want to put in 100% towards r/s as not to get "injured deeply" later on (if any).

Anyway, I also hope so, because I'm also not sure if I'll hurt her in anyways. (I hope not). To me, She's already a blessing given to me, for ppl who know me long enough. I've almost set my mind to be single for the rest of my life. Until she appear once again. =)

I do not know how to be a better man. Can anyone give comments? What you think is a bad guy tell me, I'll try not to get into that character. Or wat you dun like in your boyfriend. Leave me comments. I appreciate it. Thank you.

A Taekwondo Friend - Jervel

This gal Eo Huimei, Jervel. I've known her for very long. She started taekwondo in Punggol CC back in 1999. I also not sure when I knew her. And now I'm after her. haha

Last week, when me and Huimei went to Hougang mall to have dinner before training, got spotted by Bruce Lee. Lol then Thursday kept on disturbing me about us. Hee hee seem to be ok with the ideal of this BGR thing.

I hope Huimei will be my first girlfriend, mmm I actually set a time frame for her to decide, because I do not want to be that kind of guy just get it (girlfriend I mean) easily and dunno how to treasure. I give myself a time line till next year to know her better and to be a better man. =)

From now till next year, she will be taking a big exam. Ha Ha.... Hope I can pass her judgment.

Trip to Pegerang (Si Wan Dao)

Pegerang is a small town in Johor. We took a ferry there from changi point ferry terminal. There is nothing much to do there. I can say it's a place to relax. Mmmm just like a chalet in overseas ba. And it's really much , much cheaper than Singapore.

These are the charges:

Bum boat = $9 (SIN) single way

Hotel / Room charges = RM 50 per night (room of 3)

Day 1 Seafood = 5 items (includes prawn, crab, lobster, beancurb & vege)

==> RM $198 (pax of 4) [Cheap or Not? You Decide]

Day 2 Seafood = 5 items(Fish, Frog legs, Beansprout, Bamboo Clams, Egg)

==> RM $107 (Pax of 4)

Ostrich Farm: RM $10 (adult) RM $6 (Kids)

We just go there around 12pm on Saturday(20 Sept) and Back around 2pm on Sunday (21 Sept). I went with my grandmother, auntie, uncles and cousins. Hee and special thanks Mr Yong Wei Siang(Army Pal) and his girlfriend also joined in the trip.

Highlights there: We went to ostrich farm. Also there is Mango Farm. Desasru also near-by there.

For people who just want to go there relax. Enjoy sea breeze and have fun with friends or have cheap seafood can jio me along. Just spent a lazy weekend there with like less than $80 (SIN).

Finally Finally Work is done.... Muhahahaa

Finally finally..... Frequent viewer may think that I've abandon this blog. The truth is, I was too busy to even sit down to look at it. lol.

One super big exhibition is enough to exhaust me out. Last week I have 2.... 1 Major one was Kwang Tong's "The Multi-Language Editions of the Dao De Jing" at Suntec Convection Hall Level 3, 4th Spet - 9th Spet. The whole exhibition took about 6months of planning and cost more than 200k. With GOH, Mr Nathan on the opening on 4th Sept 2008.

For this exhibition, I've skipped meals, Skipped Taekwondo, Extra OT, but when I see the results. My heart gave a gentle smile.

Some people may think it's no very grand. Some thinks we use nice colour. Other give bad comments. But after all, this was so far the biggest project I've handle. And I'm very pleased about it. Hee but too bad I dun have anyone beside me to share the joy. =x (keke kidding)
